Refund Policy – Cavenni

At Cavenni LLC., we value your satisfaction and take product quality very seriously. While we do not offer physical returns due to the nature of our operations, we provide refunds in cases where the customer exercises the legal right of withdrawal within the applicable period or if the product arrives defective or not as described.

1. Refund request period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, either due to withdrawal (change of mind) or because of defects/damages.
To do so, you must send an email to officialcavenni@gmail.com explaining the situation.
In cases of defects, clear photographic evidence must be attached (e.g., stitching errors, stains, damage, broken or missing seal).

2. How to request a refund

Your email must include:

Order number.
Reason for the request (withdrawal or defect).
Photographic evidence in case of defects/damages.

Our quality assurance team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund approval

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Requests submitted after the 14-day period.
Products showing signs of use beyond delivery.
Failure to provide explanation or required photographic evidence when applicable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer physical exchanges or returns. All cases are handled exclusively through our digital refund process.

Attention: If you regret your purchase within 14 days and want a refund, you must send the product to a tax address that we will provide via support email: officialcavenni@gmail.com

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
